Twice a week, Mexican grub rules during happy hour for members of the Lopez Southwestern Food Club. And you can thank chef Jason Brust for the hot-and-spicy gastro-fest. His specialties range from quesadillas and guacamole to lobster enchiladas and empanadas. Revelers then can wash down the entrées with half-priced margaritas and tequila. "It's a fun-filled atmosphere," he says. "It's a place to eat fabulous food and hang out with lots of fun people." Chow down between 4:30 and 9 p.m. Thursdays and Tuesdays at Lopez, 2196 Lee Road in Cleveland Heights. Admission is free. Call 216-932-9000 or visit www.lopezonlee.com.
