Missile Toe has been Northeast Ohio's premier Christmas band for over a decade now — not that they've had much competition. Featuring members of C.D. Truth and the Nimrods, the perennial favorites punk up your favorite yuletide classics. Sometimes they give 'em the classic-rock-meets-classical treatment, as in "Gloria," which mashes up the Doors version of the Van Morrison tune "The End" and the "Angels We Have Heard on High" carol. Adds bassist Dale Houston, "We're playing with Hot Cha Cha and Weener. Weener is a Weezer tribute band. We're not. We'll be doing an Xmas-heavy set, including a few numbers that we'll be debuting at the show. Have a Merry Xmas, Ymas, and Zmas. But don't drink any Zimas; they're nasty."
