Film festival junkies who don’t get their fix at the forthcoming Cleveland International Film Festival, can look forward to the
Canton Film Festival 2016. The festival, which takes place from April 21 to 23, functions as “part short films and then part viewing and speaker series” as organizers aim to give audience members access to working filmmakers. Robert Kurtzman, who has done special effects and make-up for movies such as
Austin Powers,
